Ian S. Richardson

A native of Winston - Salem, North Carolina, Ian graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2011. He then attended Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University School of Law earning his Juris Doctorate degree in 2014.

Ian is admitted to practice in all NC Trial Courts as well as the Appelate Courts. Ian has authored a brief later successfully argued in a case before the North Carolina Supreme Court.

Ian is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association, the Wake County Bar Association and Tenth Judicial District Bar, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and the National Academy of Personal Injury Lawyers ("NOAPIA").

In April 2017, NOAPIA recognized Ian as a "2017 Nationally Ranked Top 10 Under 40 for Excellence in the field of Personal Injury."

Ian's practice areas are serious personal injury and general civil litigation for individuals and their businesses including claims for for employees and victims of sexual abuse, exploitation and harassment. Ian also practices in the the area of traffic and criminal defense and preparation of property bonds (to secure the release of criminal defendants from pre-trial custody).  No matter the case, Ian strives to fight hard for his clients.
